Spinach and Feta Salad
2 cups spinach
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup walnuts, crushed
1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
1. Place the spinach into a medium-sized bowl and drizzle the honey over top. This is important as the first step, because it helps the walnuts and cheese stick to the spinach so it doesn’t all fall to the bottom of your bowl.
2. Sprinkle the walnuts over top of the spinach, then the feta.
This salad is the perfect side for almost any meal, and it’s even great on its own, for a quick, healthy lunch through the day.
