Blueberry Banana Fruit Blast Smoothie
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 red apple, peeled and cored
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
This smoothie offers a ton of fiber and protein, and some naturally occurring sugars, which make it a sweet morning treat. Remember, not all sugar is bad, and fruits have a lot more to offer than sugar – including vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making a smoothie like this an entirely better choice than that breakfast sandwich or bagel with cream cheese for breakfast.
