Hulk Smash Shake

Although it`s hard to pick because I enjoy so many of them so much, I would definitely say this is one of my new favourite shakes to make in the morning. I wanted to make something packed full of nutrition and that`s definitely what you get with this super green drink.

Hulk Smash Shake

  • Servings: 1
  • Time: 5 minutes
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 cup spinach
1 cup destemmed kale
1/2 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 green apple, peeled and cored
1 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

You might not have ALL the strength of the Hulk after downing this drink (close, though right? I see those gains) but it will definitely give you a big boost of energy to start off your day.
