Blueberry Cucumber Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

It’s nourishing, it’s sweet…it’s delicious. Add a tablespoon or two of flaxseed for an extra fiber boost.
