Some things just go together well. Guitars and bonfires. Bare feet and warm sand. Dallas Green and a guitar…OK, you get the idea. That’s definitely the case with peanut butter and chocolate, but there’s a healthier way to get your PB&C fix than by chowing down on a candy bar.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Shake
2 cups water
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Combine all ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.
This is one of my favourite ways to get some extra protein in after an intense weight training session, and I’m sure it’ll become one of your faves as well once you give it a try.
