Delicious Berry Blast Smoothie

Berries always taste great in the morning. The naturally occurring sugars in fruit give you that sweet taste, but in a healthy way. This smoothie is great for giving you energy and a punch of flavour in your mouth to get you started off right in the morning.

Delicious Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon honey

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

This berry-packed smoothie is so tasty. Garnish with some fresh fruit – a strawberry on the side of your glass or pop a couple of blueberries in on top of your drink – for an extra little treat.
