There are many, but this is one green shake in particular that I enjoy after my morning cardio session. It’s one of the greenest drinks you’ll ever make, and is packed full of vitamin K, A, manganese, folate, magnesium, and iron. It’s also got plenty of fiber, especially with the flax seed added in.
Spinach Cucumber Shake
1/2 cup water
1 cup spinach
1/3 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2-3 ice cubes
1. Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.
This shake is super nutritious, and takes only seconds to whip up after a morning cardio session, which is when I prefer it.
