Mayonnaise isn’t the greatest thing to eat in terms of nutritional value, but when you make it yourself it’s better than a lot of other things you can eat and remember, always in moderation.
1/3 cup homemade mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (I’m a Frank’s fan, but use whichever you wish)
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until well blended.
Use a tablespoon or two of this or our regular homemade mayonnaise on the side of your favourite dishes for dipping.
