Fire Roasted Tomato Hummus

This is the perfect dip to have on the side – of some carrot or celery sticks, perhaps? Or even with your yummy avocado and tomato wrap – and it’s super easy to make.

Fire Roasted Tomato Hummus

Ingredients:

2 cups chickpeas
1/2 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 tablespoon tahini
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 cloves garlic

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes, until smooth.

This easy-to-make hummus will last you about 3-5 days in the fridge, or up to around 6 months if you decide to freeze it.
