Kale, Spinach and Pear Smoothie

This awesome green smoothie is a great way to start off any day. All you need are a few basic, healthful ingredients and not even 60 seconds blending time and you’re done. Well worth it for all the nutrition you’ll be getting out of this drink.

Kale, Spinach and Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach
1 cup kale, chopped
1/2 pear
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Whip up this smoothie as the perfect drink pre- or post-workout. It’s a big glass of health and your body will thank you.
