We’ve done variations on the mango smoothie before, like including yummy ingredients like peaches and spinach, but this one is all about the mango. I’d call this smoothie anything but basic though. It’s sweet and delicious, perfect for a quick breakfast or after your workout.
1 mango, chopped
1/2 cup almond milk
5 ice cubes
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Remember, one of the best things about smoothies is that you can make them just how you want, and you can always mix up different ingredients. For instance, use blueberry yogurt instead of plain, or go with a vanilla soy milk instead of almond. Have fun blending up your smoothies, and enjoy!
