This healthy smoothie is super easy to make, and is great pre- or post-workout. It’s very satisfying and is full of protein and fibre, along with an array of other vitamins and minerals.
Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes
Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
For milk, you can choose your favourite kind (as you can with most smoothies, it’s all about personal preference). I prefer almond milk with this smoothie because it adds just a touch of sweetness and brings out that delicious nutty flavour.
