Peaches are one of my all-time favourite fruits. With so many tasty options to pick from, it’s definitely hard to narrow it down to just a few, but even my avocado obsession doesn’t stand up to my passion for peaches. They’re sweet, juicy, and super versatile because you can use them in so many different ways. They’re especially tasty in a smoothie. Perfect after a long day outdoors, or before your workout in the morning, you only need a few basic ingredients for this smoothie and it’s sure to become a favourite of yours too.
Peach Mango Smoothie
1 cup almond milk
1/2 banana, frozen
1 cup mango, chopped
1/2 cup peach slices, frozen
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup ice
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
One of the best things about smoothies is that they are so easy to make, but you’re getting so much nutrition. If you’re like me and you don’t have much of an appetite in the morning, it’s a great way to get something in your body before your workout, so you have the energy you need to make it through your working without falling flat. Pour it in a cup and add a peace slice for garnish, if you want (anywhere I can get more peaches in, I’m going to do it). Enjoy!
